All digital product sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
Refunds, if offered, are conditional and evaluated at our sole discretion.
No refunds for change of mind, lack of time, or unmet expectations.
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute so we can resolve any issue promptly.

For consumers located within the European Union: by purchasing digital content and receiving immediate access, you expressly consent to waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once access has been granted.

Digital Products

Identity Installation, the Identity Installation Collection, and all future digital downloads are non-refundable once access has been provided.

The Founder’s Collection includes current and future digital products.

Future releases will be delivered as they become available.

Purchases remain non-refundable once access to the collection has been granted.

Private Advisory

Private Advisory sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

Once a session has taken place, refunds will not be provided.
